Gospel Bluegrass Festival Schedule Unveiled for 2025!

The wait is over! The official Gospel Bluegrass Festival Schedule for 2025 has been released, and we couldn’t be more excited to share all the incredible activities planned for this year’s event at Salmon Lake Park in Grapeland, TX. Whether you're a seasoned picker or a first-time festival-goer, this year's lineup of concerts, workshops, and family-friendly fun is packed with unforgettable experiences.

Mark your calendars for May 19–25, 2025 and dive into everything this beloved tradition has to offer!

Monday-Wednesday: Early Festival Activities

The Gospel Bluegrass Festival isn’t just about the main stage lineup. Starting Monday, May 19, enjoy early festival activities that bring our community together before the music kicks off.

Monday, May 19 at 7 PM: Movie Night & Ice Cream at the Sunshine Inn — hosted by the Powers Family
Tuesday, May 20 at 6 PM: Banjo Bingo at the Sunshine Inn — brought to you by the Powers Boys

Wednesday, May 21: Workshop Day

Held at the Sunshine Inn, Wednesday is jam-packed with music education and fun. Presented by Curtis Adkinson of Fret Not Music Shop:

11:00 AM – Guitar Workshop
12:00 PM – Mandolin Workshop
1:00 PM – Bass Workshop
2:00 PM – Banjo Workshop
3:00 PM – Fiddle Workshop

5:00 PM – Potluck Dinner (Sunshine Inn) hosted by Kevin, Glenda, Tric, & Tommy
6:30 PM – Golf Cart & Pooch Parade hosted by Nancy Strange.
7:00 PM – Open Mic Night hosted by Tucker Whisenant of The Grassburs, Accompanied by the Sunshine Inn Band. Signups will be open at 11 AM and close at 6 pm May 21st at the Sunshine Inn.
